Command line

Flags for scripted and automated runs.

The CLI is meant for repeating a run you've already configured — it doesn't take flags for individual protections. Set those up once in the web UI, then use the CLI to run that same configuration from a script or build pipeline.

Terminal

java -cp flowguard.jar dev.pbco.Start --input path/to/app.jar

Flag	Short	Required	Description
`--input`	`-I`	yes	Path to the jar you want to protect.
`--help`	`-H`	no	Print the help text and exit.

Output is always written next to the input file, with the input's name plus -flowguard.jar.
