Exclusions
Keep specific classes out of protection.
Some classes shouldn't be touched — a public API your users call into, a class loaded by name through reflection, or anything else that would break if renamed or rewritten. Exclusions let you list those classes so flowguard leaves them alone.
Adding an exclusion
Add the class's full name to your exclusion list in the web UI. You can match a single class, or use ** to match everything under a package:
com.example.PublicApi
com.example.api.**An excluded class skips every protection — clean-up, strings, renaming, control flow, all of it.
Renaming is a special case
By default, excluded classes also keep their original name, since that's usually the point of excluding them. If you want an excluded class renamed anyway — while everything else about it stays untouched — turn on Rename excluded classes under Renaming.
