Anti-decompiler tricks
Small tricks that trip up common decompiling tools.
Setting: protection.crasher. Adds a handful of changes to your jar aimed specifically at decompiler and IDE tooling rather than at a human reading the code directly — some tools choke on them, show broken output, or display them incorrectly. This doesn't change how your program behaves; it only affects tools trying to read it.
Tip
This is a cheap, low-risk setting — turn it on alongside the clean-up passes as part of your default configuration.
